Through this process, we will work together to bring your intentions & ideas to life in the form of a jewel made for you and you only. Custom design is often chosen for celebrating the most special moments in life, memorializing the occassion with a handcrafted wearable treasure that might just become one of your most cherished posessions.

I. FOUNDATIONS
This first stage is about letting me in on what exactly your dreams are for this project! I want to know:
With all of this in mind, I will ask you to complete a short questionnaire so I can better understand what exactly it is you are dreaming of!
You can get in touch at any time via email with any questions, or to set up a phone call if you prefer. Once I have a better idea of what you are after and all of your questions have been answered, I will request a €50 non-refundable design deposit to move on to the next phase, which will later be deducted from the total project price
- What intention or meaning you would like the piece to hold, or if it is meant to celebrate a certain occassion
- Anything solid you already have in mind like a certain symbol, gemstone or metal you are after
- Your budget. This is important to know from the get-go, so that I will only propose ideas and designs that fall within your budget.
- More about your lifestyle and what kind of wear you are hoping to get out of the piece

II. DESIGN
With all the information I have gathered, we will begin one of the most exciting parts of the whole process...designing!
We will go back and forth with designs, ideas & estimates that might include hand drawn sketches, videos of gemstones, and sharing photos of my past work to use as visual references.
I will bring my knowledge and experience in jewelry to the table to offer any insight and suggestions to the design at hand.
The design phase will end only once we have landed on a design that makes you scream "YES!" inside, and have agreed on the final quote for the project.
We will go back and forth with designs, ideas & estimates that might include hand drawn sketches, videos of gemstones, and sharing photos of my past work to use as visual references.

III. PAYMENT
The first payment is due once the design is settled. This will be a 50% of the total sum, minus the €50 design deposit. This is a non-refundable down payment, and I will only begin making your piece or sourcing any special gemstones after it has been received.
The remaining 50% is due once the piece is completed and before it is shipped/picked up. Shipping costs will be accounted for in this second payment.
Please send the first payment within 7 days after the final design and quote have been agreed upon, otherwise it. is subject to change based on the whims of the metal market.

IV. DELIVERY
Generally speaking, a custom piece takes 6-12 weeks to complete once the first downpayment has come through.
If you have any hard deadlines please let me know when you first get in touch. I will do my best to meet them, but I definitely encourage you to get the process started with plenty of time.
